Vilka Alfier graduated from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences with an MA in Sociology and Italian language and literature. From 2012 she has been working for Fade In, a Croatian independent documentary production. She has taken different roles in the company, working as the Distribution and Promotion Programme Coordinator, Film and Media Workshop Coordinator, and at the same time as a production assistant, executive and associate producer on different projects: documentary films (Taste of home, Free, Postponed Revolution), television projects and social service announcement videos. She is also in charge of several Fade In’s feature documentary projects in development.
