Veronika studied Czech philology and Film and Theatre Studies at Palacký University in Olomouc. She worked at the National Film Archive as writer and editor in Film Review (2014-2017), helped with the research project Laterna magika* (2016-2019) and worked at PAF - Festival of Film Animation and Contemporary Art. Veronika collaborated with Noir Film Festival (2013-2023) and was in charge of public relations at the Institute of Documentary Film (2018-2023).
