Director, writer and producer and mentor. He graduated from the School of Philosophy of the Charles University in Prague and from FAMU. He has curated film programs in 90ies (in Prague’s Roxy, Archa Theater and historical retrospectives at IFF Karlovy Vary). At FAMU co-found and first years lead FAMU Center for Audiovisual Studies, one term he worked as the Head of FAMU International. In 2012 found and has led till today FAMU Summer Filmmaking Campus. Since 2005 has lead educational project in Myanmar, as part of he produced full length film The Monk (by The Maw Naing, 2014, CZ/MM) and continues in his activities in the region.
