Sergei Trofimov is Tallinn (Estonia) based media professional focused on TV-series and documentary acquisition, production and distribution. Sergei graduated from Baltic Film and Media School with a bachelor of Crossmedia production. In the period from 2015 till 2017 Sergei worked for Estonian Public Broadcasting as acquisition executive. From 2017 till 2019 Sergei worked for Current Time TV (Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty) as an acquisition & commissioning manager. From 2020 Sergei coordinates the East Doc Series program which is one of the training activities provided by the Institute of Documentary Films.
