Pavel has an agricultural, social work and theatre background. He is a graduate of Prague's Performing Arts Academy with a major in Applied Drama. He has been pioneering the use of masks in education and for self-develpement. He currently works as a producer and managing director at Kontrafilm where he contributes his wealth of experience to the development of projects focusing on educational, environmental and social issues and themes.
