With a degree in Audiovisual Journalism, Natalia (she/her) looks back at 25 years of experience in film & TV. Today she produces under her own label, parabellum film, focusing on documentaries by women filmmakers and internationally-appealing stories at the intersection between history and (auto)biography, personal narratives and socio-political processes. Topics of her interest include: identity, feminism and women’s perspectives, migration and the diaspora gaze, family. Currently working with filmmakers from Moldova, Turkey, Venezuela, Uganda, India and Germany.
Natalia has also served as a jury member at international festivals, moderator of industry sessions and pre-selector for documentary pitches. A member of EWA, NdM and DAE, she was recently elected into the DAE executive board.
