Monika is an independent impact producer focusing on audience, marketing and distribution strategy. She is a former Head of Research in Central European Media Enterprises (CME), a media and entertainment company operating leading businesses and producing own content in primarily six Central and Eastern European markets: Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Romania, the Slovak Republic and Slovenia. From 2006 to 2013, Monika worked at CME on business development projects including launch of VOD platform Voyo, acquisition of the leading Bulgarian TV channel bTV, launches of new TV channels, as well as on operational tasks such as formats development, content market trends, sales evaluation or marketing and programming strategy.
