Commissioning Editor Culture & Science programmes ZDF/ARTE. In 1990-1994 Martin Pieper was at ZDF Enterprises, responsible for legal and business affairs of the ECA as well as for some chosen international co-productions. In 1994-1996 was Assistant of the Director for European Joint Venture Programmes and 1996- 2000, he was Assistant of the Director for European Satellite Programmes. Since 2000, Martin has been the Commissioning Editor Head of the Department Culture & Science Programmes/ARTE, which supplies programmes for mostly all single documentary slots aired on ARTE.
