Jakub Stożek - documentary and short film director. He was born in Kraków in 1978. He is a graduate of English Studies at the Jagiellonian University and in 2008 he earned a degree in Film Directing at the Radio and Television Faculty of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He won the Golden Dragon at the 50th Krakow Film Festival for his documentary Out of Reach as well as numerous awards at festivals all over the world, including New York, Sao Paulo, Montreal, Sundance and Mexico.
