Leiv Igor Devold is Polish-Norwegian film director educated at the Polish National Film School. Igor has directed, written and produced over 12 documentaries and short films that have been shown on TV internationally (BBC, NRK, TV2, DR3, SVT, YLE, TVP, Planet + etc.). His films have been screened at Annecy, Warsaw, BIFF, Kosmorama, Dubai, Beirut, IDFA and over 35 other international film festivals. His films have won the Norwegian Amanda award for best editing, an award for best sound at Trondheim IInt. film festival, he has been nominated to best Scandinavian documentary at CPH:DOX, won Filmweb's Kanon audience award for best Norwegian film in 2015.
