Elsa Kremser was born in 1985 in Wolfsberg, Austria. After graduating in Film Studies from the University of Vienna, she started her second study at the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg. As an author and producer, she has realized numerous short and documentary films that have been shown and awarded worldwide. Her diploma film NEBEL, which she produced, received an honorable mention at the Berlinale and was shown in Locarno, at Visions du Réel and many other festivals. She founded the Vienna based production company RAUMZEITFILM together with Levin Peter in 2016. She received the Berlinale Kompagnon Award for the development of her first fiction film THE GREEN PARROT. Her directing debut SPACE DOGS will be released in 2019.
