Dimitri Lurie (born 1970 in Leningrad USSR) is a representative of the Europian art film community and has a particular poetic voice. His credo is to experiment with a visual nature of film and
its atmosphere rather a direct storytelling. Lurie has made over twenty documentaries and short films along with various art projects. Dimitri works have been shown worldwide at various international film festivals, art affairs and museums and collected prestigious awards.
