Boris Velican was born in Offenbach (Germany) 18.01.1977. After finishing Catholic highschool in Zagreb (Croatia) he started to travel around the world and visited more than 80 countries. His field of interest was social, historyc and cultural influence told trough the personal stories of his main characters. He was both publishing and broadcasting in print and TV media over the many years. In year 2006 he graduated as a Film, TV and Theatre MA producer at the Academy of Drama Art in Zagreb. So far he directed three documentaries, wrote three travel books and produced fourtheen documentary and feature films. Known as a director, producer and journalist, he continues to discover unique stories worldwide not yet to be told.
