His rich experience in the area of grant funding and the NGO sector contributes to the financial stabilization of the entire organization and raising enough funds to carry out all its activities. Communicates with both Czech and international partners in order to present IDF to both film industry professionals and wide public as a respectable "gateway to the East and Central European documentary film".
