Arnold Kojnok (born June 24, 1973 in Rimavská Sobota, Slovakia). Screenwriter, documentary film director and visual artist. His work focuses on social and historical topics in a wide social context. He is also working on an open series about the personalities of the Slovak painting avant-garde of the 1960s and 1970s. His latest film The Lyricist tried to contribute to the debate about the society’s current state of affairs based on consideration of historical reality of former Czechoslovakia.
