Since 1999, Armin Hofmann has been working as a producer and author on more than 20 feature and documentary films, which were screened at national and international film festivals. Hofmann contributed as an author to he partly animated documentary LITTLE GERMANS is currently pre-nominated for the German Film Prize 2019
Furthermore, he is co-founder of the production companies brave new work and Little Dream Entertainment with offices in Hamburg and Cologne and is prominently in charge of development.
Armin Hofmann produced the film TEHERAN TABOO which premiered at Cannes Film Festival in 2017.
After his photography apprenticeship, he studied Theatre Studies and English at Ludwigs-Maximilian-University in Munich and realised his first shorts as an author and producer.
