Antonia has been working in the film industry in Sweden, France, Belgium and Croatia; started directing and producing in 1987, mostly documentaries and short fictions for theatrical release and TV. She has been involved in teaching, lecturing and tutoring at a number of film schools and universities in Sweden, Norway, Cuba and Croatia since 1986.
Antonia studied film and TV at the Academy of Theatre, Film and Television, in Zagreb, Croatia, at the University of Toulouse-Le Mirail, France, and at INSAS – a film school in Brussels, Belgium. She is a member of, among other associations,The Croatian Film Directors’ Guild and the Swedish Film Academy. She was born in Zagreb,Croatia, but from 1980 she has been a resident of Sweden, thus at present sharing her life between Stockholm and Zagreb.
