A. Shaffer has been in the film industry for over 20 years. Andrea directed and produced short films (Berlinale TC 2005), worked for global companies Panalux & Vantage, joined Buzz, represented directors at Stink and later formed Nomad.

Mindset is company created to allow production of her own projects. Recent production documentary opera Kapr Code, received best music doc award at Krakow IFF, best Czech doc at Ji.hlava IDFF and Best Doc Award at the Czech Film Critics and has three nominations for the Czech Lion.

Andrea is also Partner at MagicLab, a VFX/post company focused on A class films. Among others Magiclab is a co-producer of A Man of Integrity awarded in Cannes 2017, A. Holland Charlatan (Berlinale 2020), Leave no traces (Venice 2021), Beautiful Beings (Berlinale 2022).
