In 2011 Alex Tondowski and his wife, IraTondowski, founded Tondowski Films with the goal of supporting visionary directors in their projects. They produced together the award wining documentaries SONG FROM THE FOREST (2013) and BORN IN EVIN (2019) among others.

He is a father of three children. Today he works as a producer in Havelland and in Berlin.
