Born in Poland and graduated from the International Film School (EICTV) in Cuba with a degree in Film
Direction and from the Jagiellonian University in Poland with a degree in Cultural Studies, where she
specialized in Latin American issues. Her previous documentaries (“CASA BLANCA - 2015 and
“ESCENAS PREVIAS” - 2012) have been shown around the world and have won numerous awards at
international film festivals, including awards for the best films in their categories at the San Sebastian
International Film Festival, Visions du Reel Film Festival, Krakow Film Festival, Margaret Mead Film
Festival, Havana Film Festival, Punto de Vista Film Festival, Jihlava Film Festival, and many others. She
created the production company New Plot Films in 2016. As of 2021, she is living in
Barcelona.
