Adam Straka is co-founder of FILM EXPANDED Distribution Company, where he creates and implements innovative distribution strategies for creative documentaries, which he places in new contexts and alternative projection situations. He also provides screenings of documentaries associated with discussions in high schools via project called Documentary on Wheels. He was the head of Cinema Film Europe. Since 2018, he has been a member of the editorial board of the online magazine Kinečko, as a film critic he regularly contributes to local magazines. He is a graduate of the Department of Audiovisual Studies at the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava.
